Experience Montessori in everyday life
Observe, talk and understand. Several times a year, we open our doors at the Ballyhouse by the park—for families who want not only to read about Montessori, but to experience it first-hand.

A door open to you

“The greatest hope of a society lies in the responsible education of its children.”
– Maria Montessori
Experience Montessori firsthand — learning with joy
Our trial sessions in Schönenwerd give parents and children the opportunity to get to know Montessori Biloba personally. Within the prepared environment of the Ballyhouse, children experience independent learning, bilingual support and Montessori materials at their own pace.

Learn and discover independently
Children work with focus using Montessori materials, explore connections independently and gain their first experiences in a calm learning environment free from pressure to perform.
Experience a Bilingual Montessori Environment
Montessori Biloba’s childcare centre, kindergarten and primary school support children in both German and English. During the taster sessions, families gain an insight into our bilingual approach, everyday Montessori life and the prepared learning environment at the Ballyhouse.
Find out if Montessori is right for your child
These trial sessions provide space for observation, discussion, and personal connection. Parents and children experience together what the Montessori approach feels like in everyday life.

Evenings for those who wish to learn and exchange ideas
Each talk lasts one hour, followed by a thirty-minute discussion over coffee and cake. We share insights gained through decades of practical experience—as well as what the research tells us.
